THE HOUSE
Fannysvej 7 is a beautiful and spacious house, ideal for the large family and with room for extra friends.

The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen-dining room, with a living room in extension furnished with sofa for the whole family, fireplace and TV. The house has two bedroom sections, with a total of 8 beds. Both sections have two bedrooms and a bathroom each. If you are a small company, one section can easily be closed off, so the house is cozy for the smaller company. The house is in good condition, with stylish interior and newer kitchen and bath, it is perfect for the company who enjoys luxury and clean lines, with direct view and access to nature. The house has two wooden terraces with both morning, noon and evening sun.

THE SURROUNDINGS
The North Sea and the protected nature area The Monk’s Dune (Munkens Klit) is the summerhouse's absolute best ‘neighbors’. The surroundings offer many varied experiences in the Danish nature. The house is located on a small road just 150m from the North Sea.

Nearby you can shop from farm shops, flea markets and the local dairy, Ingstrup Mejeri. Groceries can be bought in Løkken, 5 min. by car from Fannysvej. We recommend going for a walk or bike ride in the scenic nature area.
